How to Send Hard Copies of Transcripts to CC Admissions

Only official transcripts are accepted. Official transcripts are required for admissions and credit evaluation. Ensure they are sealed and unopened when hard copies are sent.

For programs in Boston (on-campus, remote or hybrid) or for fully online programs, transcripts should be mailed to:

How to Send Electronic Transcripts to CC Admissions

For programs in Boston (on-campus, remote or hybrid) or for fully online programs:

1. As directed by your school's Registrar's Office, please go to one of the following:

• Your school's portal - Please address the electronic transcript to transcript@cambridgecollege.edu
• National Student Clearinghouse - Go to , and at the far right, click on the orange tab, "Order-Track-Verify."

2. After completing the personal information screen, from the drop-down menus, select the following:
   • State: Massachusetts
   • School Name: 91µ¼º½
   • Department: Admissions Office
   • Delivery Method: Electronic Exchange
   • Name of Recipient: 91µ¼º½ will already be filled in
   • Attention: Admissions Office will already be filled in
   • Quantity: Select number (cost is displayed here)
   • Processing Option: Now
3. Review the order, enter credit card information and sign.

For programs in Puerto Rico (on-campus, remote or hybrid), or fully online Spanish programs:

International Transcripts

If your transcript comes from outside the U.S., you must submit:

1. An original or certified copy of your transcript in English
2. An official transcript evaluation by a .
